RockCreek Seafood & Spirits is a full service restaurant and bar located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We’re open daily; serving dinner from 4pm to 10pm daily with a last seating 9pm. Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Such a lovely night and dining experience all the way around. Food and drinks were absolutely exceptional. Service - wonderful: attentive but not intrusive. Ambiance…lovely, but just a bit chilly by the front door. Looking forward to returning soon.

This is one legendary restaurant that lives up to its legend. The food is out of this world. The service is brilliant. The room with a view is spectacular and the room in the lounge is cozy. This is a go-to place for special occasions. Thank you to Jackie, Jeannie and the whole staff who greeted us and our special guest so warmly.

The food was outstanding as was the service! The only minus is the parking situation; had to go several blocks up a side street to find parking. However, it won't keep us from coming back to this wonderful restaurant! See you soon!

I ordered the moonraker roll and a soft shell crab large portions and absolutely the best soft shell crab I’ve ever had! The roll was out of control as well, The lychee martini was top notch with a fresh lychee fruit garnish
