Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This larger location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquette lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. The second dining room can be reserved for larger parties and private events. Since opening, Petit Trois has garnered praise from casual foodies and revered food critics. Outstanding meal. Great attentive service. Excellent food from the French Onion Soup and Hamachi Crudo appetizers to classic entrees Trout Almondine, Mussels Mariniere in a sublime white wine sauce with shallots and Creme Fraiche, and Filet au Poivre with a delicious cognac black pepper sauce. Belgian Endive Salad also very solid while the Bartender was on his game. All around great French Bistro vibe. And Chocolate Souffle to cap it off. A winner!

We were visiting Los Angeles from Washington DC. I heard wonderful things and saw great reviews about Providence. Wonderful experience at Providence. We sat at the chef’s table. The staff was excellent and professional. They answered all questions and requests. Chef Micheal Cimarusti was very gracious and welcoming. His food was delicious and the presentation of the food was beautiful and elegant. Definitely would dine again at Providence. It was an amazing experience and wonderful night.
