Inspired by an Italy road-trip Chef Ryan and I (Arturo) took back in 2008, we’re pleased to introduce Catania, the newest member of the Whisknladle Hospitality family. Here, we’ll be featuring simple, seasonal and authentic Italian Coastal Cuisine (None of the Italian version of TexMex you see most other places). Our commitment to authenticity will be evident in our use of wood burning ovens and grills, an all Italian wine list as well as an exclusively craft Italian Beer program.     We came here for our anniversary. We were immediately greeted at the door with roses and champagne, that was already such a great experience. Once we checked in with our hosts, about 5 minutes later we were escorted to our table and we had the best view of the ocean. The table had fresh rose petals all over it, followed by a hand written “happy anniversary” card from Eddie V’s. Once our waitress came by, she came by with 2 more glasses of champagne on the house. We ordered a bottle of Daou reserve, the 22 OZ rib eye streak, mashed potatoes, truffled mac and cheese and asparagus. The night was absolutely beautiful. Our experience was amazing!!! Thank you to Eddie V’s for make our anniversary PERFECT! 10/10 across the boards!!! Selena was the best waitress ever! Shoutout to the WHOLE staff that night!

    I was told that all the entrées were 500 calories or less, so I decided to go with the steak and lobster, while my girlfriend chose the lamb loin. Wow—everything was absolutely delicious! The drinks were amazing too. I highly recommend this place for a date night or a dinner with friends and family.
