Described as "Brazil in Cleveland", Batuqui is in the heart of Cleveland, OH and emphasizes the cuisines of the Bahia and Minas Gerais states of Brazil. Set in a casual but appealing dining room, there is also a full bar with custom cocktails.The menu at Batuqui is full of exciting and unique choices and they are known for their authentically grilled top sirloin steak called Picanha. They offer appetizers like the Frango Passarinho which is fired chicken in a cilantro sauce or the Salgadinhos which are savory hand-rolled Brazilian bar snacks and entrees like the hearty traditional Brazilian party dish called Feijoada. They have fantastic salads and an array of intriguing Brazilian entrees. Choices include fish, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options in addition to the grilled meats and Brazilian steaks that make Batuqui such an appealing spot. Love desserts? Everything here is carefully curated to create a pleasant and interesting dining experience for those who visit. Cleveland magazine named it one of the 25 best restaurants in the city. Crumb & Spigot's menu is best described as a Gastro Pub, with a near equal emphasis on quality eating and drinking. Starters include Mussels with jalapeño lemon butter, house made Soft Pretzels with triple mustard and Dry-Aged Meatballs. For entrées, The Bar Steak with whiskey mustard and mushroom pan sauce or sandwiches like the Lobster Burger or Carolina Pulled Pork. Pizzas from our wood fired oven making our Speck and Mushroom pizza the center of attention notwithstanding an influence of vegan options like the Spaghetti Squash with arugula coulis.

    Fahrenheit provided an immersive dining experience for those who appreciate a fine dining experience. Everything from lighting, seating, service and food was well planned out. Our server, Mark was excellent and just what you would expect if dining somewhere that highlights service. There was a huge problem with finding the location in GPS, they acknowledged this and compensated us with free champagne and dessert. I will most definitely revisit Fahrenheit again when I visit Cleveland.

    Our dining selections were fantastic as to be expected, however Julie made our meal memorable. On time with courses, delivered with a smile, and a fantastic sense of humor. She is truly professional. We enjoyed all of the associates worked with us, even the girls at reception. We look forward to returning… Thank you CRU!!
