We accept a limited number of reservations for parties up to 10 people up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are required for parties over 7 people, but optional for smaller group sizes. No reservations available? No worries! Smaller sized parties may join our wait list if there are no reservations available once we are open for dinner service at 4 pm. Guests may join the wait list by walking in or calling in advance of arrival. Lunch service is fast-casual, first come, first serve. No reservations or waitlist required. Pastabilities® restaurant has been happily serving our guests in Syracuse, New York for over 40 years. Our seasonal menus feature a full range of our homemade pastas, sauces, salads and the famous Stretch Bread from our bakery across the street. Newly opened Greek Famous seafood restaurant. Very best in town. Cooking are good and delicious. Great selection of seafoods from around the world. Uses best ingredients to cook. Only setback is that they do not allow wine corkages! That’s a big deterrent for wine lovers! We don’t mind paying a fee to bring our favorite wine to enjoy with a good meal! Need improvement

Always an amazing meal at Rizzos. We had Karina as our server both times we have busted and the service is amazing. Service is warm and relaxed and she remembered us visiting the first time and we were able to reconnect and catch up again. Can not wait to get back….the food is always amazing.

We were very pleased with our server, the choices offered by the menu and specials and the relaxed atmosphere. We ordered six different menu options and were all very pleased with the quality and presentation. We would definitely go back and would recommend the Refinery!
