Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Had a great anniversary dinner celebration at Copperhill. It's a relatively small menu which allows them to focus on creating excellent dishes. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that vegetables and salads are numerous, prepared with creativity and full of flavor. I'm not a vegetarian but I always enjoy the vegetarian entrees here such as the mushroom polenta and roasted butternut squash. My son's short ribs with polenta was also excellent. The room is homey and congenial, service is attentive and well informed. I always like Copperhill for a special occasion.

Unbelievable. I live, breathe, and die by Bryant and Cooper. One of the best steakhouses I have been to in my entire life. Best on the east coast. No competition among others in the same category. Cajun Ribeye is like medicine. Every appetizer is stellar and impeccable. I couldnt say nicer things about Bryant and Cooper. Ive been coming my entire life and will plan to bring everyone here including my family. Thanks for being the best.
