At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more. Aurum provides a consistently high level of service and food preparation. We have never left disappointed. Their Happy Hour offers a limited menu at prices so reasonable it is hard to believe you are in Breck.

We had a great experience at the Tavern. We were grabbing some drinks and apps before our reservation upstairs at the Carlin and it was hard to leave. The ambience is very appealing, it’s a comfortable space with great food and exceptional cocktails. Our server Sam was very kind, did a great job of explaining the menu and gave great recommendation’s. Definitely don’t miss out on an opportunity to eat/drink here!
