The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Another amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service regarding allergies before dining was top notch. Our server was phenomenal and our meal was delightful. This was our third year dining here for my husband’s birthday and we are counting down the days until our next visit. Thank you!

I wish I remembered her name cause she was lovelyyyy!!! Service was great! Super comfortable seated table by the window w water views- bonus. Food was beautiful plated and delicious! Compliments to the Chef! I think the manager was hosting (great dress choice)- also lovely. PS. The entrance is inside the hotel don’t want around outside trying to figure out the entrance :)

I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.
