Wood Fired hand crafted Italian food set in a rustic modern open space in the warehouse district in ATX. Chef Mathew Peters, the first American to win the prestigious Bocuse d'Or in 2017, is bringing his culinary expertise to the heart of Austin with the opening of Prelude, an elevated cocktail bar and canapé lounge set in a historic home in West Austin. Absolutely loved trying Prèlude for the first time! From our initial arrival and interaction with the sweet hostess, to our conversations with the bartenders/mixologists who patiently answered all our questions, to the stunning interior design and ambiance… this was a stand-out high end cocktail experience and we look forward to returning!
