Die Sauce béarnaise, die ich zu dem Filet bekam, habe ich nur probiert, aber nicht zu den Steak gegessen. Ich wollte den puren Geschmack des Fleisches genießen. Die Cocktails sind hervorragend können mit den Cocktails aus sehr guten Cocktail Bars mithalten.
