Welcome to Elena's -- a place where a family’s love for authentic Mexican food is celebrated and combined with California-inspired elements and signature Mexican-American dishes. We offer reservations for up to 8 guests via OpenTable. At the time of your reservation, we kindly request the entire party be present to be seated. Tables will be held for up to 10 minutes after the reservation time. For parties that arrive later, the table will be released but we will do our best to accommodate the reservation with the next available table. Food and service were great! We do appreciated how the menu works for people who are omnivores, vegans, lactose-intolerant, gluten-free…and everything was DELICIOUS. We loved that everyone could find something to eat, and we could even share appetizers with restrictions. The wine list is also fantastic, loved the Chenin Blanc we ordered. Service was attentive and warm, decor is timeless. Firefly is a classic SF spot for a reason!

Been hearing that this is a good option if you are looking for an retro vibe, impeccable service and something like House of Prime Rib. Did not disappoint! Excellent meal and ambiance.

We loved the welcoming staff and server. The food is delicious, and the drinks are original (not a full bar). But we were rushed toward the end of our meal because all the other patrons had left, and the staff wanted to close up. In total, we were in only for 56 min, and at 8:00 pm, we were in the street. I didn't have time to finish my drink. We will again, though.
