Baekjeong literally means butcher in Korean which is a name we hold proud of.We proudly serve only the finest cuts of Premium Alberta Sterling Silver meat which prepared by 15 years experienced butcher. Every table features a built-in grill (use gas) to allow you to dine at your own table. All meat orders are accompanied by bottomless Korean style salads and vegetables. Combo meals have a choice of either soybean paste soup, kimchi stew, steamed eggs, soft-tofu soup or corn cheese. The restaurant was moody and dark upon entering, but in a good way. The music was loud but not too loud. Enough to hear the conversation at our table but not at the next. The staff was polite and knowledgeable and most importantly timely. Our drinks were delicious and the food was outstanding. Overall experience was excellent except for the bathrooms being in the way of the kitchen staff, but alas that was no one’s fault. We will definitely be back!
