Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. This will include a multi course seasonal tasting menu, including appetizers, sashimi, nigiri and dessert. Seating's are strictly 2 hours with seating at the bar only. Please note we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within that timeframe are subject to a $155.00 per person fee. This is non-refundable & non-negotiable.     My husband and I decided to go for lunch instead of having dinner at Elia. Marcello was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We had a delicious lunch around noon and truly enjoyed the pre fixe menu. Will definitely be coming for lunch again, as we truly enjoyed the quieter and relaxing atmosphere.

    We were sat immediately for our 6:30 Christmas night reservation. Oyster sampler appetizer was fresh and tasty served with horseradish, mignonette,and cocktail sauce. Generous crab stuffing on grilled shrimp for me and delicious lobster sauce on the lobster stuffed sea bass special for my husband. Beautifully decorated for the holidays with a photo worthy waterfall in their side room. Our server did not rush us and was perfectly attentive. Overall we had a lovely dinner and will definitely be back

    I had an exceptional dining experience at this sushi omakase restaurant. The attention to detail, both in the presentation and the flavors, was truly remarkable.
