Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. all of the most amazing meals we’ve had in a long time. The crabcake is highly recommended is a giant lump of blue crab with some Panko breadcrumbs. lobster mac & cheese is amazing with giant chunks of lobster. The 8 ounce fillet was cooked exactly the way it should be as a medium with plenty of flavor and juice in the middle. oysters were nice and tasty. Did not taste old or have a stinky smell to them . ambience was perfect and the staff was extremely attentive. Met the owner, the GM and the AGM all good dudes. Excellent service highly recommend recommend

The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious with an elegant presentation. This really is not meant for dining in- it’s more of a call in and take out.
