After decanting our wine, he primed each of our glasses by pouring a small amount of the wine from one glass to the next. His wine and meal recommendations were spot on. The food was outstanding: an order of popovers to start, a roasted duck breast for me, a baked salmon for my wife left us so full we couldn’t get to dessert.
