For husband and wife team Chris and Pam Willis (who live right up the street), Pammy’s is an extension of their living room. Toro, in Boston, helmed by James Beard Award-winning chef, Ken Oringer, serves delectable Spanish tapas dishes in its contemporary and charming restaurant.
