Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. We do not accept bookings for drinks and snacks, however we accept walk-ins for this if space permits. A surcharge of up to 1.2% applies to credit card transactions. A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather.     I have been there many times. The chef and other staff have changed . The standard of food and service hasn’t!! It’s a great hotel for any occasion. The food is excellent the start are welcoming knowledgeable and efficient. I am always so happy walking home after a thoroughly wonderful afternoon/ evening spent at the Royal Oak . Love dropping into the front bar with my doggos for a drink occasionally. I am so lucky this is walking distance from home . I walk past two other hotels to get there . Highly recommend!!!

    Dining at the Brandon is always a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff helped us make good wine choices. Some of our group chose meals from the starter menu and were happy to have the portion sizes explained. We could converse comfortably because background noise was controlled by the venue. All elements came together to make our Christmas get together really enjoyable.

    We have eaten here and taken away also quite a few times. We are always very happy with the service and the pizzas. They have a good range of pizzas and other food choices which are great.I mainly order the Tropical and I am always happy, very generous topping of pineapple which I love.I recommend it
