We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. Hiyoko is a space with 16 seats and it is the first yakitori style restaurant in Mexico. Most of its menu is concentrated in chicken cooked on Japanese charcoal called binchotan under the sumiyaki technique marinated in salsa madre. In its menu we can also find rice and vegetables.

Excelente lugar al cuál acudimos regularmente y disfrutamos en pareja o en familia. Excelentes platillos y la gente siempre amable. Desgraciadamente esta vez no pudimos probar el pan de muerto, nos comentaron que todo se fue para el evento de Formula 1. Saludos

Bebidas promedio, la ejecución es la que les cuesta trabajo, los clásicos salen regular, lo recomiendo a secas … solo por el lugar ambiente pero preferiría solo tomar destilados al natural
