A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home.     The food was delicious. We went for dinner on a Sunday night and it wasn’t crowded. Music was very good. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails and some mouthwatering food.

    Got there earlier than my reservation. They sat us immediately and the server was with us in few minutes. The Server was polite, answered all of our questions and gave us great suggestions. The meal started to come really fast and the entree was amazing and delicious. We left room for dessert, and it was brownie with ice cream…. Excellent. Thank you for a great meal, Red Lobster❤️

    Really good food. The wine was very good. Bourbon with soda with lime was perfect. Soup was delicious. Meat was very good quality, perfectly cooked for our different taste. Surprise dessert was awesome. Service was incredible .
