Napa Valley Bistro was opened in 2013 by chefs Bernardo Ayala and Ernesto Martinez, (also co-owner of Market in St. Helena). Celadon continues to excel in menu variety, service, ambiance and value in Napa. The portions are large and easily split. The cassoulet was super- and very authentic. We also got a 3 course dinner for $49- excellent value ! only negative was our glass of red wine (house red and a Cabernet) was refrigerated and served ice cold- not sure how they got that so wrong?

The staff was helpful and understanding when my sister was 20 minutes late. They checked in with us during the meal to ensure we were doing ok. They were polite and professional.
