Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, TN. Bastion's dining room features counter seating around the kitchen for parties of 2 as well as three tables for parties of 3 to 6. Bastion's small team serves a weekly set menu of six dinner courses featuring many dishes with a wide variety of flavors, ingredients, and inspirations. 2nd time at Pelato and another great experience. Service is fast and everyone is lovely. Food itself if truly great. Have yet to have a dish I haven’t liked. They recommend 3-4 plates per person. Some dishes are on the heavier side so I would order on the smaller side (3 per) and add from there. Have to admit I thought getting the broccolini would be a mistake but it might be my second favorite dish. Nothing beats their vodka sauce. And as a New Jersey transplant I’ve eaten a lot of vodka sauce.

What a great experience. Definitely recommend HOC. It's not cheap, but the uniqueness is worth the value. Wonderful attentive staff. The show was very good.

A few bumps in staff change but management stood up and corrected. I understand things happen but it is obvious The Henry desires you to have a great experience.
