We have been going to Sophie's Bistro in Somerset, NJ since 2002 when it opened. In all that time, the superb quality of the food has been totally consistent, a remarkable achievement. The menu offers a rich assortment of traditional French dishes, each one truly excellent. The setting inside is lovely, too, and the service and staff could not be better.

Dinner was AMAZING! Everything was perfect. And the staff was warm and caring. No one berated us for being late due to unexpected weather and traffic issues. We did not feel rushed but staff knew we had theatre tix and yet we were comfortable and relaxed. Just a lovely experience. Worth every penny!

Melvin our server was great. We were sat in kind of a dark corner and the menus are light up which is helpful but also so bright it hurts your eyes and is difficult to look at for long. Otherwise, food is great and service was great!
