Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had the best Thanksgiving celebration experience at Felina. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest hosts. Our waiter, Will was very attentive and the service by everyone was top notch! The food was delicious with excellent presentations. And last but not least is the live music. It was such a wonderful addition; the musicians played very well, and the sound level was perfect. What a memorable dinner and will come back again!!

    We had a great time celebrating early Thanksgiving and everything about this place is amazing!! Starting with the valet, manager Yanni who was very accommodating and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience. The place is elegantly decorated, the food is super fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned, the portions are very generous and the wines are spectacular! We are looking forward to our next dinner and will be bringing our friends as well. Thank you Oceanos for a beautiful experience!!

    You can never go wrong eating at Capital Grille. The food is always outstanding and the waiters are remarkable. We’ve eaten at other locations in different states but to us the Paramus location is the best. I had the New England Clam Chowder soup, the Lobster salad. My husband had the French Onion soup and the Steak Frites . We finished our meal with the cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious!

    Food was excellent! The Prime Rib special on Monday was amazing and honestly perfect for 2 people. It came with salad and tiramisu which was to die for. The wings, truffle fries and spinach and artichoke dip were fabulous. Service was slow on a Monday night. Nothing terrible to complain about. Will be coming back and telling our friends!
