Not only was out food AMAZING! But out server was also. I brunt my finger on a curing iron right before leaving to make our reservation, she saw me holding ice on my finger during dinner, and went to the kitchen to get my burn spray and a bandaid. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner! Thank you!

We absolutely love Caruso’s - it’s a gem and everything we’ve ever had or tried has been phenomenal. It’s an absolute must try, especially if you’re in the mood for homemade Italian. The Chicken Parmesan is fantastic, all of the pasta dishes are incredible (especially the Rigatoni Rustica and Linguine Scampi) and my wife tried the salmon last night and it was cooked perfectly and came with an amazing risotto. We’re working our way through the whole menu, but I honestly can’t stop ordering the Chicken Parmesan. Seriously, you need to put Caruso’s at the top of your list - it’s a contender for the best overall restaurant around!

Tonight was the evening before Christmas Eve. Everyone was in a festive mood. We met three friends we hadn’t seen in a while and everything was wonderful. My second time at Meritage this month.
