Dolce Italia was established in 2010 by Tiziana Di Costanzo who came from Ischia, an island in the Gulf of Naples. Using a combination of classic Italian dishes, family recipes passed down for generations, and warm hospitality, Dolce Italia has built a reputation in Sarasota as a destination for anyone seeking great food and ambiance. In 2015 Matthew joined as manager of the front of house and is now a managing partner of Dolce Italia. Beautiful restaurant on the bay. The staff are amazing, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Our dishes were presented beautifully. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the baked Connecticut blue point oysters were so out of this world that we ordered a second one!If you’re looking for a more upscale experience in Siesta Keys then Ophelia’s will not dissapoint. Their wine menu is fantastic as well!

As always, this Ruth's Chris location delivers the most delicious food, the best ambiance, and excellent service. From the moment we were greeted to our departure, we knew we were in a first class steakhouse. Our server Janelle and her assistant, Haley made our evening perfect and we will definitely be coming back again.
