1905 salad, Cava sangria, ropa vieja, black bean cakes, and arroz con pollo were superb. Alfredo made the experience even more enjoyable. Lunch today was the highlight of my visit, and I look forward to my next trip back home to visit Columbia again. Until then, the cookbook will help me have a taste of home while living in a colder, less sunny climate.

We ordered the Calamari appetizer, which normally comes fried. We asked for it to be grilled and they told us that they could pan sear it. It was the best calamari we have ever had. It came with a delicious dipping sauce and it was not breaded. My husband and I shared a pizza that was cooked in a wood fired oven. It was delicious!

Kimberlee was fantastic! Perfect blend of insight on the menu and not being too much of an interruption at our table. Roasted oysters, crab cakes, pork tomahawk with green beans and mashed potatoes were outstanding. Mac n cheese was dry but the bourbon butter cake more than made up for it!

I recently came to the Cooper hog for an important business meeting. Their booths offer just enough privacy, which was perfect! The food was delicious. The service was excellent. I am excited to come back soon.
