A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home.     Our overall experience was very good but the evening started on a singular note because of a nasty comment from our server Alex who mocked the question of one guest of our party. It gave us a sinking feeling right away. Gladly the food was very good, the manager Alejandro very understanding when our bottle of wine was corked and gave us a new one, plus we were not charged for a cocktail that the glass was cracked sharply and we did not see it until we finished the drink. A beautiful evening that could have started on a better note than mocking a guest by telling them that their question about the decor ‘WAS A FIRST’. THANK YOU ALEJANDRO (the manager) FOR SAVING THE EVENING and thank you to the chef and the nice young girl who was attentive to all our needs. CIAO !

    Great food and ambience to celebrate any occasion or just to treat yourself for brunch on the weekend. The service staff were attentive and friendly. The food choices were top notch as well as the drink choices. I would definitely come back again!!
