Sage Sorrento is a coastal destination located on the southern coastline of the peninsula, offering wild ocean beaches for activities like bodyboarding, surfing, and coastal walking. The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked.     A hidden gem; Amare Cucina Pizza Bar is a slice of authentic Italian heaven in Blairgowrie! Every bite of their cuisine made our hearts go “Mama Mia.” The pizza (Norma) was perfection—thin, crispy, and melted in our mouths with fresh, flavorful toppings. Their pasta? Absolutely divine. We honestly cried with joy with every bite. And don’t miss the tiramisu—it’s the perfect sweet finish! They also offer a great variety of vegetarian options, which is always appreciated. The service was warm and responsive, with the attendants treating us to smiles and thoughtful recommendations. Jasmine, in particular, was fantastic—every suggestion she made was spot on and elevated our entire dining experience. If you’re craving authentic Italian food with exceptional service, Amare Cucina is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

    They were a little slammed by the late holiday demand, but the service was friendly, the prices reasonable and the food was pretty good. Fresh mussels on the Peninsula are always hard to beat.

    I ordered the Eggs Benny that came with pulled pork. Interesting combination. I did not enjoy it at all. The bread was hard to cut, there was way too much pulled pork and just a drizzle of the hollandaise sauce. Disappointing considering it cost $27. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
