The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! The staff were lovely and extremely accommodating. The bottarga orzo and the ribeye were definitely the start of the show, but everything else was fantastic. Very well priced for such a popular restaurant, and gorgeous interior. Would definitely go back.

Lovely place. Helpings almost too generous - great Yorkshire puddings on a Sunday lunch - and top level of service. Very relaxed welcoming ambiance.
