Visited Oretra testerday and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our incredible server, Vlad. From the moment we were seated, Vlad's attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel welcome and valued. His service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready with a great recommendation. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his guests. Vlad truly elevated our dining experience, and we can't wait to return. If you're heading to Oretra, be sure to ask for Vlad—you won't be disappointed!

Food, service and atmosphere never disappoints. We sat downstairs in the cellar which was very cozy and intimate and we could easily talk and listen. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Three of us had pasta (different types) and all loved them. One, had the steak and said it was the best he has ever had. This will always be my favourite midtown Italian restaurant.

Very excellent attentive service. All the food was delicious. Many of the plates can be shared. A very nice meal.

Everything was extremely slow. 40+ mins for food to come out. 15+ minutes to bring the debit terminal once we had bills in hand. This was not our server’s fault; clearly wait staff had been sent home prematurely and the store was unable to properly handle the second dinner seating. Unfortunate since everything else was excellent.

Great experience for Christmas Brunch. Amazing food and ambience. Jason was looking after us and was exceptional!! Polite and respectful from the start. Always helpful with whatever we asked or needed.
