Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. We went for brunch on New Years’s Day. The places was packed and although we had a reservation but it took ~30mins to get a seating. The food was amazing. We ordered the Classic French Toast and the Joe’s Scramble. Both the dishes had good portions. Portage Bay SLU is one of our top to-go brunch spots. We have been here multiple times and the experience here has been great most of the times.

It was my second time dining here and my friends’ first. Both times just before attending a show. Arriving just at opening is perfect as the timely manner in which we received our meals gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything from the cocktails to food to conversation. The meals…Chef’s kiss
