We are currently open seven days a week. Saturday & Sunday we are open with an All Day Menu. Reservations can be made on our website, or through OpenTable. We eat at the Helmand whenever we vacation in Cambridge. The staff members are lovely and the food is plentiful and well-presented. And oh that bread!

I had the day specials and they were both exquisite it has made me come back several times the service is efficient, funny and pleasant. I enjoyed the ambiance it’s a great place to visit with nice company to have some drinks great food and great conversations it always feels like everybody around is having a good time.
