Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking. Based on the ‘Lu school’ cuisine of Shandong Province, the menu artfully captures the subtlety and surprises of Northern Chinese cooking. The staff and service are always good at Brix and this visit was no different. Tis is my first roast in a while there were no complaints apart from the "burnt" cauliflower cheese...not sure if this was on purpose but I would amend the menu if it is. Cocktail were great as usual. Highly recommended and ill be back soon

Delicious authentic Italian food. Lovely surprise, enjoyed more than expected from the unassuming exterior. Wine was also beautiful. A little on pricey side but for the quality decent value for quality of food, drink and service.
