We couldn’t think of a better way to describe our Gastrobar.The vision behind our newest ceviche gastrobar is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of national and international beers. Inspired by top restaurants in Peru and designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca’s atmosphere is casual, trendy and fun with a touch of subtle sophistication. At the helm is Chef Cesar Briceno, whose experience and passion for Peruvian cuisine together with an extensive amalgam of ingredients and recipes from various influences brings an exceptional diversity of dishes to the Pisco y Nazca table.

SAFETY MEASURES:- Prior to opening our restaurant went through professional deep cleaning and was treated with disinfectants and sanitation sprays- The dining room has been reconfigured to keep tables 6ft. apart- Team members are using masks & gloves at all times- All table tops, menus, surfaces, plates, glassware, & utensils are disinfected and sanitized after each use- Team members are adhering to strict hand washing standards- Several sanitation stations are available for guests to access hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels- Team members' temperatures are being taken prior to starting their shift and sent home if the temperature reads above 100

    A lovely experience on Valentine's Day which can be quite hectic and noisy in some restaurants. The hostess seated us immediately at a nice table by the window. Service was prompt; water, then warm rolls with a nice chimichurri sauce. Pablo, the waiter, took our drink orders right away; the manager, Jorge, checked at our table two times during the evening. The salad was very generous, enough for three of us. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash soup. Our entrees were perfect. The excellent service by Pablo continued throughout the meal. The valet service was perfect. It can be challenging to park in Coral Gables so it was an appreciated amenity. We will definitely return.

    This is our 4th or 5th visit to G&V. we always enjoy the unique outdoors ambiance in a garden setting. We had a really nice and knowledgeable server (Maura?) who was able to give detailed information about some of the cocktails and wines we were interested in as well as the menu offerings.
