The Bear of North Moreton is a welcoming village pub in North Moreton, South Oxfordshire that dates back to the 16th century and has always been the heart of the village. Best steak ever. Can’t fault anything here .Only one bad point was we had someone with walking problems and we had a blue badge so we parked in the disabled parking. This is on a slope and no drop kerb to access it so you have to bump up the kerb into a slope. Not the best. Otherwise perfect.

Sunday 22 December 2024 my first visit here, we had just come from seeing Wicked at the local cinema. It was 4pm so not over busy, a real bonus! The waitress was lovely and friendly and took a real interest in our excitement over the film. We were not rushed. The space looked really nice, festive, and it was a cosy temperature. We both ordered the pork roast dinner... the waitress said it was delicious, and she was correct. Everything on the plate was cooked just right with plenty of gravy!!!! I would definitely go back. Congratulations to The Broadface on getting it right.
