A TEAM OF RESTAURANT PASSIONATES. A true institution of Ile-Saint-Louis, Les Fous experienced a second youth in 2008 under the leadership of Becs Parisiens, who knew how to infuse their sense of cool and relaxed hospitality into this century-old address which has more than a trick up his sleeve to seduce you. Chef Jonathan Lafon sees cooking above all as a moment of sharing, from the creation of the dishes to the tasting in the dining room. Readable but far from boring, sometimes daring but always fair, his cuisine is above all generous and convivial. Those who go through fashions and seasons without batting an eyelid and who never disappoint. Same generosity on the wine side with a menu as rich as it is well sourced.
