Fab little gem tucked away in a lovely little area. Food was 10/10. Only downside is the coffee took ages to come, it came after our food. Quicker coffee service required.

Really good food as always. Service was good. Menu has recently changed; the belly pork starter has gone which is disappointing. Children’s meals excellent, although would be good to not have salt added to children’s meals- meant the youngest refused to eat most of it as I’d forgotten to point out no salt. Over all really good. Not the best experience we’ve had, but that’s because the bar was set exceptionally high earlier in 2024 on a previous visit. Bring back belly pork asap please!

Had such a lovely time for my birthday, the team working in the restaurant and bar were probably the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly team working anywhere I’ve been for dinner in a very long time , as well as the team at the tartan fox. It makes such a difference and we really appreciated how kind they all were. Thankyou for a lovely evening. Hopefully We’l be back soon, emma PS our waitress was amazing definitely an asset to the team :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas High Tea! From the first moment the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were seated at a lovely table. They catered for our dietary requirements with ease, everything was delicious, we were in heaven. There was plenty to choose from and it was all fantastic quality. Your pastry chef is obviously very talented. The presentation of the hight tea was lovely and it really didn't disappoint, we couldn't find fault. The only thing I would say is that we should be able to add a tip if paying by card as your staff deserve one for their amazing service.
