We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm. Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. Visit Husk Farm Distillery to learn & discover our spirits, enjoy good drinks and food and relax and connect to this ancient land. The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes. We are open Mondays & Tuesdays from 11am. Join us and enjoy small plates and grazing boards off our all day menu and have a full choice of tasting flights and cocktails.

Taking its name from the avenue it sits on rather than anything sinister, The Henchman Miami is a unique hideaway in Miami.Our elusive bar boasts a varietal range including delicious cocktails, fresh juices, organic coffee, a seasonal brunch and dinner menu - with debatably the best cheeseburger ever tasted. Our ambience hosts great music, and flickering candles scattered throughout our jungle, alongside local artist's work on every wall. Choose seating from the Front Yard, The Lawn, Backyard, Inside at The Bar, Upstairs in our Pool Room. We host live music every evening from talented local artists, and rotating exciting monthly events. The upstairs area offers a free pool table and TVs for your viewing pleasure. We are open 10am - Late from Thursday - Sunday. We would LOVE to host your event or function! Bookings over 20 people are considered an event.
