Baluchi, the signature Pan Indian restaurant has set the bar when it comes to progressive Indian cuisine, with the use of rare herbs and exotic spices. Everything was absolutely amazing, the food, the teas, the view, the people working there. However we did not expect the 15% service charge to be added to the price. But be had a wonderful time and do not regret at all to have chosen the Shangri-La for our tea time in London.

Very nice afternoon tea, scones were particularly good. The choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail was a nice touch. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
