This is a very new experience - we visited last Sunday and were told it was the second time they had done the carvery. The pub is clean and well staffed with a good selection of drinks. There was pleasant ambient piano music from a live pianist playing a baby grand, which really felt special. The dining area where the carvery was served is a work in progress but we had a good table and the food itself was absolutely delicious, good quality and well presented. We all enjoyed ourselves, and thought the staff were perfect. Attentive without being in your face, and polite and personable.
