In 2024, the original location of Petit Trois, on Highland Ave in Hollywood, celebrates 10 years as a beloved, can't miss part of LA's dining scene. Chef/Owner Ludo Lefebvre puts his spin on classic French flavors including the cult-favorite Big Mec burger, swimming in rich Bordelaise sauce, perfectly roasted Heritage chicken with compressed potatoes fried in clarified butter, a French Dip sandwich served with a version of the restaurant's onion soup for dipping, and lots more. Really awesome experience! Maria S was our server and she was the sweetest. It was my mom’s bday and we just decided to go for lunch. Didn’t realize there wasn’t valet parking for lunch so went in circles trying to figure out parking - park in the visitor underground parking garage of the US bank building. Restaurant will validate 2 hours of parking for $10 (instead of $40). Loved all the food. Ceviche was fresh, the pasta appetizer felt like a huge portion, hanger steak and smashed fried potatoes were divine, and the seared ahi tuna over veggies/salad was refreshing and light. The view is grand and made the meal feel so worth it.
