While the inside of the restaurant is cozy, the best place to enjoy the great food is out on the wraparound patio.Taverna is open for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends. Taverna is also known for their risotto, as an entire section of the menu is devoted to the "risotteria". We ate here on a Monday evening and so it was difficult to rate the ambience here. But the steak was freakin excellent!

Our experience at Nido tonight was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent, and Holden went above and beyond to accommodate our friend’s dietary restrictions with thoughtful suggestions. The ambiance was perfect, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. Watching the sunset added a magical touch to the atmosphere, making the night even more memorable. A big thank you to the team for creating such a delightful experience—we can’t wait to return!

We had an outstanding meal and great service from Nico. My wife had a filet served with asparagus, baby carrots, and creamy mashed potatoes. The steak was high quality and cooked to perfection. I had the daily special, sautéed fresh snapper topped with lump crabmeat, lemon butter sauce, asparagus, and whipped potatoes. It was all cooked just right. While the restaurant is somewhat small and perhaps has a bit less ambiance than some higher end restaurants, the price and value were far superior.
