Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday. In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

    What a great treat. The location, directly across the street from the Ryman Auditorium can't be beat for a pre-show meal. We sat at the kitchen bar for the full effect and were witness to a great show. I had ONE goal for the night; proper Jamon Iberico. . . it met my full expectations. Every thing else was gravy. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and willing to talk us through the menus (food and drink). All was fantastic and truly did make us fondly remember tapas restaurants that we have visited in Barcelona. I would highly recommend reservations because this place if going to blow up with business. Don't miss it.

    Amazing bar, amazing venue, amazing musicians, amazing food! Very impressed by the high standards! I didn’t expect anything less from John Bon Jovi! I would highly recommend it! It’s a must!

    Excellent! I highly recommend Four Walls! The journey to finding it was great, the ambiance was amazing and the drinks were delectable. The mixologists were top notch!
