In the case where we need to close outdoor seating due to inclement weather, we will contact you the day of your reservation. Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence. The menu, an authentic array of delicious dishes from the regions of Spain specializing in traditional tapas with an accent on paella that can be characterized as a true exploration for the palette.Socarrat Nolita's ambiance denotes feelings of warmth, comfort, and hospitality. This was where we chose for my best friend's bachelorette dinner, and she loved it. The ambiance is energetic, and the Christmas decorations make it festive and beautiful. I usually get the Filet Au Poivre, but this time I got the beef bourguignon, and it did not disappoint. The beef fell apart and the vegetables were tender and not overcooked. I also got a Caesar salad as an appetizer. That was fresh and the dressing was homemade. If you love anchovies like I do, this is an excellent salad! For a drink I chose the La Toissaint, and that was spectacular. I highly recommend this place if you love great food, great drinks and a festive atmosphere!
