At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. I couldnt have picked a better place to enjoy my first dinner of 2025. For starters, the restaurant is visually beautiful and they perfectly curated the music to create a relaxing ambience. It is clear that management has a particular attention to detail and it is something I greatly appreciate in any dining experience. I was seated upstairs near the balcony overlooking the downstairs dining area. It felt intimate but still lively. My server was Alecta and she was absolutely incredible. She made solid recommendations and checked in regularly to ensure I was enjoying my dining experience. The food was a 10/10 and came out quickly. I ordered the lobster bisque and the 12oz Australian ribeye. At no point did I have to ask for anything because the staff was so attentive. I will absolutely be returning and I 100% recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful experience my sister and I had. Food, service and ambiance were great. We had the dip tower, manti, duck burek, filet skewer, rice and brussel sprouts. Everything was superb but the duck burek was so special and was made with such finesse. Will definitely be back!

We went to Fernando’s Hideaway. I went with my two friends, we were served by Amanda and Jamie. Both of them were great and were attentive to everything we needed. We never missed our drinks and the food was amazing. I would gladly go again and definitely will be.
