Socarrat Paella Bar - Nolita is now accepting reservations for indoor and outdoor dining, weather permitting. In the case where we need to close outdoor seating due to inclement weather, we will contact you the day of your reservation. Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence. With over 20 years of experience in the kitchen, Nicholas McCann, now Executive Chef of Society Cafe, has always been passionate about food. We had a great dinner! The ambiance was so amazing - it was like Christmas exploded in there! The real tree in the middle of the dining room was spectacular. We had the steak tar tar as an app - delish! We got the boucherie and wagu burgers, also amazing Overall, a great experience and place to eat!
