Built in 1790 as a barn and named for local farmer John Kittle, the farm to table connection that began back then continues today at Crabtree's Kittle House. Internationally renowned for its Wine Spectator Grand Award wine list, superlative hospitality and contemporary American cuisine, it is a sophisticated country dining experience located only 45 minutes from Manhattan. FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Bourbon Blackberry Collins, with Black Dirt bourbon (fresh from nearby Orange County), lemon juice, and agave, is a great way to start off the evening.

    The restaurant was very crowded and we were going to take a small portion of our meal home. We waited for our waiter who was very good to bring our leftovers to take home. Apparently the food was misplaced and the gave us a full meal to take home. This was totally unnecessary but greatly appreciated. I wish I would have gotten the waiters name & the managers name. Thank you.

    We've been coming to Peter Pratt's for Christmas Eve for the last several years. It is the perfect place to celebrate that holiday. It's like stepping back in time. Of course, it's also a perfect place to dine anytime. We love sitting on the porch on a balmy summer evening. It doesn't get better than that. The food and service are always perfect.

    We really enjoyed dining in your restaurant last night. The food and service were excellent. I thank you for sitting us at the other room. That's my favorite spot in your restaurant. I love the end/corner of the room.
