Great food, service and ambience. I had salmon and it was perfectly cooked. Our group also had the always favorite boar bolognese and the pork cheeks. Everyone loved their meal and we topped it off with the delicious coffee and donuts dessert.

.I had the Prime Rib and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly and the loaded baked potato was great too. My wife had the Salmon Fondue. She said the fondue was delicious and the Salmon was prepared perfect. We usually make Firebirds our destination for a special occasion such as Valentines Day.

Atmosphere was perfect- romantic and quaint. Our server Dave was fantastic- just the right pace and didn’t make us feel rushed. The food was incredible and for all we got the price was great! We will be back!

We very much enjoy dining at Capri. The ambiance is relaxing, the food is quite good, and the price is reasonable. This is why we return often, even though it is an hour's drive from our home.

There were 4 of us ladies celebrating Galentines Day. We each ordered something different and we each were very pleased with our choices. In addition to the very tasty food, our waiter MJ was superb! He was very friendly and provided service that was above and beyond. Our hostess, Amber, was equally friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to Eddie Merlot’s. I would rate the experience as a 10 if the options went that high.
