We are Berkeley locals and The Boathouse is one of our favorite places to dine.

Christmas prix fixe menu was just delicious and a good value. Service was efficient and attentive for a bustling night. The only downside- cold in the restaurant. Had to keep my coat on, many diners as well. Lobster Bisque is delicious, the Crab and Artichoke dip very tasty. Entrees were great- PrimeRib, Surf and Turf, tender and well seasoned Swordfish. We would go again and probably will next year.

I lived in Italy for a year and three.one four’s pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The salad was amazing as well. Full bar/craft cocktails, great wine selection, and an incredible dessert menu. We’re already looking forward to returning to try some of their pastas and salads. We forgot that we were there during happy hour and were surprised at how reasonable our check was for such a memorable dining experience.

Pleasantly surprised, 1st time for us. food was outstanding. Tony did a very nice job serving us. We would request him on our next visit. Ambience was throwback to compliment the architecture. We just loved it! Thank you so much. Joe and JULIA.

Excellent food, as always. This is my go-to restaurant with guests because the food and atmosphere are reliably welcoming. The staff are hardworking and pleasant.
