Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City.     Reservation for 6 at 6:30, seated on time and excellent service started. Great job by our server with drinks and food delivered on time by friendly staff. If you have not experienced CECES I suggest you do so as you won’t be disappointed.

    Great service! Very competent server who made worthwhile suggestions. Food was awesome! My hand cut Black Angus steak might be in my top two choices! Perfectly grilled/cooked. My wife’s crab cake, etc was tasty. It was pricey BUT worth every cent. Highly recommend the Oregon Grille!

    Always great drinks, a great meal and amazing service. The only complaint is that the lights over the pizza station were super bright and shining right towards our table. Might want to rethink the direction of them. Otherwise, as usual, a great experience.

    My friends and I really enjoyed our night out at Citron. The service was fantastic and the food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful for private dining and group gatherings.
